ABOUT

The person
behind the pixels

Roman Marchyshak portrait

Hi, I'm Roman.

I'm a senior 3D visualizer and modeller specializing in photorealistic architectural rendering. Since 2017 I've worked with builders, architects and developers across Australia, the US and Europe — from single dusk heroes to 13-home streetscape programmes.

My promise is simple: renders that sell before it's built, with annotated proofs back on your desk in 24–48 hours. You work with me directly — the same person who models, lights and posts every image.

HOW I WORK

Eight steps.
Three checkpoints.

Every project runs the same transparent pipeline. You review the work three times before final delivery — at the clay stage, at the first 2K draft and after corrections — so there are no surprises at the end.

01

Exploration

Initial data collection: drawings, references, scope and priorities. We agree on cameras, mood and deadline before anything is modelled.

02

General mood

Modelling and optimization, greyscale visualization of the massing and AI-assisted reference generation to pin the direction fast.

03

Review session №1

You see the clay views with the proposed cameras. Feedback gathered as detailed, annotated comments.

04

Materials & shaders

Texture appearance, materials editing and mapping — then a full 2K draft image output for review.

05

Review session №2

The 2K draft on your desk: light, materials and composition discussed with precise comments.

06

Corrections

A structured round of changes based on your comments, output again at 2K for comparison.

07

Review session №3

Final check of the corrected images — usually a short confirmation round.

08

Final delivery

Final approval, then full-resolution 4K output prepared for print, web and social.
