Brick, batten and render zones applied exactly to the builder's colour selections sheet — the render doubles as a finishes sign-off document for the buyer.

A slightly low, slightly wide camera locked in clay: it stretches the frontage, keeps the fence line clean and leaves sky room for the listing headline.

Twilight balance
Every room lit warm at 2700K and balanced against a graded dusk sky, garage and porch accents included — the classic street-appeal formula, tuned per window.

Estate-guide landscaping & film
Planting styled to the estate guide for first-time developer approval; the hero was extended into a twilight push-in film for the agent's social campaign.
