Modelled from architectural drawings (PDF + DWG); lighting balanced for listing-platform thumbnails and print brochures. Delivered in 5 days with 2 revision rounds.

02 · HOW IT WAS DONE

Process

Modelling from drawings

Massing built straight from the DWG set: wall heights, batten spacing and glazing lines checked against every elevation. The concrete blade wall and timber portal were detailed to survive close-ups.

Cameras & clay proofs

Three candidate cameras rendered in clay within 24 hours. The client locked the frontal hero and a low three-quarter before any materials went on — no wasted lookdev.

Materials & dusk lighting

Physically-based concrete, spotted-gum battens and glass with accurate reflectance. Sky balanced against warm 2700K interiors; driveway wetted to lift contrast at the base of the frame.

Landscape, film & post

Native grasses and olive trees scattered to the landscape plan. The locked hero was extended into an 8-second animated film; final grade in Photoshop for listing crops.
