02 · HOW IT WAS DONE

Process

01

Model clean-up & detailing

The architect's SketchUp model was rebuilt to render-grade: cladding boards, window reveals and roof edges re-detailed so the weathered timber reads at 4K.

02

Site matched to photos

Ground levels, neighbouring vegetation and the path to the beach reconstructed from location photos, so the render sits honestly in its real context.

03

Coastal light & materials

Salt-washed timber, powder-coated frames and coastal haze tuned against the reference photos. Morning light chosen to make the garden approach feel effortless.

04

Dusk story & film

A dusk variant with festoon lights and glowing glazing gave the campaign its evening hero — then extended into a slow push-in film for the listing page.
