Street hero for a curved duplex in Sydney's north: soft cream render bands, warm timber soffits and layered coastal planting under clear morning light.

Modelled from the DA set; the curved balustrades and shadow gaps were detailed to hold up in close crops for the campaign.

Process

Curves from the DA set

The curved slab edges and balustrades were rebuilt as clean NURBS-like sweeps so no faceting shows in the render — the make-or-break detail on this facade.

Cameras & clay proofs

A three-quarter street camera locked in clay to show both the curve rhythm and the entry; a vertical 9:16 crop planned from the start for the listing portals.

Materials & daylight

Cream acrylic render with subtle roller texture, spotted-gum soffits and clear glazing balanced under a bright but soft morning sun for a fresh, premium read.
